AI Engineer – Multi-Tenant Agents

LinkRush is looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design and build scalable multi-tenant AI agent systems that power intelligent automation across our platform. In this role, you will architect and implement agent frameworks capable of serving multiple customers securely and efficiently while maintaining strong isolation, performance, and reliability.

You will work at the intersection of LLMs, backend systems, and distributed infrastructure, building production-ready AI agents that integrate with internal services, third-party APIs, and customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-tenant AI agent architectures capable of serving multiple customers with strong isolation and scalability.
• Develop and maintain LLM-powered agents for automation, decision making, and workflow orchestration.
• Implement agent memory, tool usage, retrieval systems, and context management.
• Build secure tenant-aware pipelines for prompts, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Optimize latency, cost, and reliability of AI workloads in production environments.
• Integrate agents with internal APIs, databases, and external services.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship production-grade AI features.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance using metrics and feedback loops.

• Requirements

• Strong experience with Python or TypeScript in backend environments.
• Hands-on experience building applications with large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration layers, or AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience designing multi-tenant or distributed systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLM optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, serverless architectures, or event-driven systems.
• Experience building AI SaaS platforms with tenant isolation.
• Knowledge of LLM observability, safety, and guardrails.
